CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ERASMUS+ KA171 STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING AT UNIVERSITY OF GRANADA, SPAIN

We are pleased to announce the Call for Applications for the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility for Training Programme at the University of Granada (UGR), Spain. One (1) quota is available for UM administrative staff to participate in this international mobility opportunity.

Programme Details:

  • Target Group:
    Administrative staff involved in international relations matters at their respective PTjs.
  • Programme Dates:
    7 – 11 July 2025 under the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP): "Intercultural Insights Week 2025: Connecting Cultures in the Academic Environment". Additional online sessions will take place in mid-June. (Staff Training Week | Vicerrectorado de Internacionalización)
  • Funding:
    Each selected participant will receive a total of €2,620 (covering 5 days of training + 2 days of travel).

Note: Participants are expected to arrange and pay for their own flight tickets and accommodation. The scholarship (€1,120) and travel allowance (€1,500) will be disbursed during the stay at UGR.

  • Eligibility:
    Applicants who have previously participated in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme may reapply after a minimum of two (2) years.
    Priority will be given to those who have not participated before.

Application Procedure:

Submit the following documents electronically (as per the attached guidelines) to international@um.edu.my or muhammad@um.edu.my by 12:00 PM (noon), Friday, 30 May 2025.

Required Documents:

  1. Motivational Letter (max. 1 page)
  2. Copy of a valid passport
  3. Brief Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
  4. Completed Application Form
  5. Copy of Passport

Important Notes:

  • All documents must be typed and submitted electronically (handwritten submissions will not be accepted).
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Selected participants are required to submit a report to IRC and if necessary, conduct a sharing session to detail their experience upon their return from UGR, Spain.
